After 4 years at Lee & Thompson, Mike moved in-house to Fremantle as a Legal & Business Affairs Executive for 3 years, Viaplay Group as a Senior Lawyer for five and a half years, and most recently as VP of Business & Legal Affairs at Lionsgate+. Mike set up Lanesra Consulting in 2023 to provide flexible, commercial business affairs support for the media industry, and has a real passion for helping businesses and individuals grow and add value.  

Is: approachable, warm, a problem solver, and works well under pressure.

Loves: to cook, travel, improve his Spanish and spend time with his family.
